Gap Relief exists to support the mental health and long-term sustainability of helping professions in NWA and across the world. From first responders to aid workers, Gap Relief is providing tangible relief and tools to ensure those who are working in trauma-impacted fields get the help they need to keep serving. One of our most impactful programs, Trauma-Informed Educators Reaching Students (TIERS), seeks to equip teachers and school administrators with the knowledge and tools to manage their own mental health (as well as that of their classroom) in the increasingly challenging classroom environment.
